Hello! I'm so happy I found this forum. My husband and I are currently looking to convert a bus with the eventual intent to live out of it full-time. We are no stranger to living in small spaces but we are very new to the world of buses.

Having moved 30+ times in my adult life (I'm 27 mind you), this seems like a very logical choice for me. We have not bought a bus yet because we want to make sure we do our homework first and we are looking at selling a car to fund the venture.

I'm very excited to learn more and get input and inspiration.

Wow! So happy to have another newbie with whom I have so much in common! I am also youngish (30) though with not so many moves under my belt (only 22!). My hubby and I are both no strangers to living in less space. My hubby is a retired medic for the Army with 5+ deployments, and I lived in a 150 sq ft apartment in Korea (English Teacher). We are also in the process of finding just the right bus to make our permanent home. With 2 young girls and a giant dog, our needs call for a big one! I look forward to seeing how your search and conversion progresses!

Welcome, it is a lot of work but it is worth it and you get what you want because you created it and it is not one of those cookie cutter RV thingy's that cost you more than the house that you can't just pick up and move when you have to.
