But for mileage you can expect 7to11 for a diesel and about 3-6 for a gas.

Yes a gear swap is ussually all it takes to get you moving. They can be a bit pricey for most skoolie owners. Ratio all depends on transmission, engine, and tire size.

Make sure that they are very secure. It would be embarrassing to get run over while in the drivers seat. :shock:

And, 12R22.5 is the tire size that many coaches use. They are not as common as the 11R22.5 and cost $100 - $150 more per tire.
