Plenty of mirco brews in Utah, despite our weird laws. Not sure about Gluten content though.. AND we boast the ONLY Ski-in whiskey distillery in the world...

You guys had the three two beer which meant max alcohol of 3.2%. I think you guys have since done away with that law but I don't know when or what the new limit is.

There have been lots of changes over the last few years. The 3.2 is only gas station/ grocery store beer. The true "liquor stores" are ran by the state. They are only in business to sell alcohol. Higher % brews are there. Most Mircos will not ship their products to Utah, not because of the 3-2 law, but because their beers would have to go to a state store where they would not be refrigerated; therefore, the end product is uncontrolled, and the brewers do not want a bad rap for someone else ruining their beer..

Commercial world only follows these with the loosest of definition. If it sells, they'll brew it and describe it later.
