No Start, mechanics have no clue

HPOP while cranking is 3000??? Ive never ever seen it that high.. it will run that why when the engine is running under full load.. the reason i ask about HPOP during cranking is if for some reason your HPOP is draining down.. its happened to some of the ford guys.. what results is 0 or very Low HPOP pressure whole cranking till its cranked enough to refill the reservoire and generate pressure.. the HPOP will read perfectly once the engine is started because the pump is good, IPR is likely good and ICP reading correctly..

I don't think the HPOP is draining down, because I can crank the engine for 30 seconds with nothing. My understanding is that the HPOP res would fill pretty quickly, even if it was drained down. Also, there's no oil in the valley, etc. I realise it could be draining into the low pressure side of the oil system, but if the pump was working, it would refilll the res while cranking. I can check the levels Saturday morning when I go to start it, although I don't know what it "should" look like.

Do you have a working block heater? If so plug the bus in for a few hours and see if it starts. If it does it's time for injectors. Ran into this several times on Powerstroke diesels.

No block heater, but I've been having this problem since late summer, and on 100+ degree days. Doesn't seem to be correlated with heat at all. I'm re-doing gaskets on Saturday, and if that doesn't work... I dunno. Start replacing the common issue sensors randomly? Just kidding just kidding... except maybe not.

it will refill while cranking but takes awhile to get enough oil to start the engine. . the ford guys have experienced this.. I only bring it up as an idea..

The last 2 I had with this issue would not start even if it was 90 degrees outside. Plug it in for a couple hours and they start. Once started it would start right up every time until the next cold soak. How many miles on your engine?

I bet if you warm up the coolant or oil that engine will start.
