Not a full bus, but a DT466 for sale. The sign says it's a 1998, but the emissions label says 1994. It's kinda corroded and hard to read at my age, but the date code cast into the valve cover looks like 94. No flywheel, alternator, air compressor, or any other accessory drives. It has been sitting outside for a while bit there is a rag stuffed in the air intake.

I haven't talked to the seller, and don't plan to. It's in the parking lot of a construction company in Richmond, Kentucky. Any questions need to be directed to the phone number on the sign. I would be happy to get more photos of anything you want to see, if I actually know where to look. I don't know me nothin' bout birthin' no diesels..

The problem is, it's listed as "Not been running for 3+ years". If you bought it and were required to remove it and were hoping to jumpstart it. You could get lucky and get it moving under it's own power, but if you fail to do this, the tow bill is gonna cost you more than you paid for the bus by far on this one lol.

They really would make a great mobile home though on a property lot if you could get it there.

It's not a mechanical. It's Electronic. A 3 Box like mine. Last mechanical buses were in 1993.

Well, if the pictures they have provided are of the actual bus that is for sale-- there is a picture of the mechanical injection pump, located on the drivers side toward the front of the engine-- I own two buses with that exact same pump-- they are 1996 titled buses manufactured in 1995. There was some overlap when they switched from mechanical DT466 to the electronic DT466E.
