I'm tryin to find those railings that hang a dinette table to the wall.

Are you looking for something like this one that allows the table to completely detach from the wall (the description says it slides out, it actually detaches / attaches by pivoting the aisle end up to detach & down to attach) :

I think they are called cleats, French cleats, specifically, at least in construction work. Take a look at my dining table. It has a version that I developed that works pretty well, and allows the table to be used as a bed and a table.

You might be able to adapt this to your purposes if you feel like building one yourself.
