A friend of mine works for the Latino Film Festival here in San Francisco. She's doing a fundraiser in early May, where she needs to borrow a bus for the night.
Basically she's rented out a bar in the area, for a charity event. She wants to have a bus parked out front of the bar, and have movies from the film festival playing inside it. Then, people come from the bar, probably 10 at a time, and hang out in the bus and watch the movies, then back to the bar.
You wouldn't have to drive it anywhere, or take anyone anywhere. It'd be just a cool, mobile movie theater for the night. She asked if I could do it, but I don't think my bus is going to be in good enough shape, or have enough room, for what she needs.
Anybody else around here wanna help out? As it's a charity event, I don't know if she's got much money to pay for the use of the bus. But, I am sure you'd meet cool people, get free drinks all night, and probably some movie passes.
