Outswing front door hinge

Ok so, I searched for this, but didn’t see a lot of useful information for what I specifically need/want. I decided to completely rework my front entryway, delete the bottom stair, shrink the width, and raise the headroom. So all new frame and custom fabbed door. I now need hinges for an outswing door, and I’d like the hinges to be hidden. Does anyone have a source for the hinges like what I see on the emergency exit at the back of the bus where the hinges are concealed when the door is closed, and the door still swings outward?

If you have a bus junkyard around, you could probably use the actual hinges from a rear door. While you're there, could you grab me a couple pieces of bumper rail from an International?
