not trying to highjack op's post. i plan on flat towing a 98 chevy lwb truck from IL to VA, i bought a tow bar and im in the process of fabricating a hitch. whats the best set up. i have a 10' tail.

My bus has my car trailer behind it 95% of the time. If it didn't have the beaver tail on the trailer, I would say there is never an issue. As it is now, it drags quite a bit into alot of entrances a such. More annoying then anything.
I was bored this winter so I am in the process of building a dedicated trailer for the bus, just to haul my jeeps around. I was going to post it up later in my bus build. But here is a sneak peek.
No more tail dragging. I also made the tongue longer, so now I can jack knife the trailer behind the bus. For when I get into those tights spots.
