Is there a way of posting individual pics from photo bucket or is it just linked to the full album?

LT click on the pic you want, LT click on IMG. Come back here and RT click paste....

ok I did that & it post the link for the pic but not the pic it's self.

You have to use the image link button, click it where you want the image to appear, paste the URL in that box and OK and the appropriate code will be posted at that point in your post.
