Title pretty well says it all.

Put together a video testing out the Pioneer 12k 115v mini.

Great video, much appreciated, and very timely.

These little minisplits work well on 115V, and are quiet, almost silent.

I have the same system though different vendor. Mine performs admirably here in the Sacramento valley however window coverings are a must if I want to work on the bus during the day. I'm in the middle of thermal window covering design and expect to do real-world testing soon.

Very nice. I just installed my unit (could be the same model) in the rear of my bus. Definitely stays warmer in the front, but I'd rather be cool in bed and didn't want to try to put two of these things into the bus.

Power-wise, I've never seen it pull more than around 1100 watts full tilt, so I wouldn't worry about running a fridge and the mini split simultaneously. Actually, I routinely run the mini split and a 300 watt battery charger at the same time, no issues as long as I use a 12 gauge extension cord. I'm on a 15 amp shore plug in my garage currently, and need a little over 100' of cord, so if I use a regular 16 gauge cord the voltage drops to around 105 V and the cord gets warm.
