Possible Bus Purchase, Ratio and Speed with Trans

I am looking at a full size blue bird all american with an 8.3 cummins, allison mt643 trans, and a 4.1 rear end ratio, tires are 11r 22.5. I know I've seen on here how to calculate top speed at reasonable rpms, could someone help me out with that?

With that combo I'm looking for top highway speed, climbing power(if any), and possible estimate on gas mileage.
