prep bus for painting where spots down to metal

Hello. So lots of good advice here for painting buses, but what I am not sure of is how to prep the areas where removal of emblems stripped the paint down to bare metal. Just putting primer won't be enough to hide these areas. Bondo? Other suggestions? Thank you.

Just sand it all smooth, then prime.
