Propane line question

I'm going to be finishing up the counter with my oven/stove in the near future so I've been thinking about the propane lines. My propane tank will be mounted directly below my oven so I was wondering how much i really needed to do with such a short run. Do I still need to run black iron pipe through the floor of the bus or can I get away with just using hoses and run it through pvc or some kind of pipe to protect the line?

I personally would run black iron pipe to within a foot of the appliance and the tank secured throughout and sleeved through the floor and then flexible line connections.
If you run 1/2" pipe then most hardware stores will have pre made flex hoses and connector fittings.
Then the only odd ball fittings will be the stove connections and tank connection on your type/brand specific equipmentic and if you have a regulator or not.

Sorry,
The rubber or flex line through a sleeve would work but to me(?) it will vibrate and flex to much to keep a good waterproof seal on the sleeve.
At least a piece of ridgid pipe through the floor and sleeve secured on both sides at a minimum in my mind

I cannibalized a wrecked 2015 model year travel trailer for my build and reused most of the propane system. They had plumbed a trunk of black iron then split off with copper that is flexible enough to carefully bend - that went all the way to each of the appliances from the trunk. I just did the same thing in my build and have not had problems.

+1 on David's answer. Soft copper tubing with flare fittings will give you a compromise between the strength of black iron and the flexibility of braided hose.
