Rear Signal "eyebrows"

I looked around and couldn't find anything on this so if it's there somewhere feel free to provide a link.
I was parking my 2000 International short bus a few months ago and trying to get it as far out of the way as possible. I bent up one of the "eyebrows" (if there is another name let me know) above one of my top turn signal lights. Backed right into a small tree (only damage was that part).
I think I could fix it if I knew how to get it off. How do I do that? And if I have to replace it where could I go look for one?

My blue bird was held on by Philips head screws around the perimeter top.
