Remove All Bus Heaters?

When I bought my '97 Chevy Blue Bird 38' bus the previous owner had dismounted the Blue Bird heater for some reason. It's on the floor in a tangled mess now. The thing is extremely heavy and I can't pick it up. I have no idea how to set it up properly. What can I do? I'm told it's a good system but there are no instructions and no manual.

It all seemed really confusing when I first started breaking my bus down but started to make sense as I traced the heater hoses. For my bus it had 3 heaters.

1 on the floor to the left of the driver's seat
1 in the stairwell
1 on the left side of the bus at the rear under a passenger seat

All of the heaters in my bus were looped together into the engine coolant loop with 1" heater hoses that circulates the engine coolant (antifreeze) throughout the system. From what I could tell it looked like this and my terminology is probably off.

Coolant container in the engine bay is connected to radiator
Radiator has a heater hose connected to stairwell heater
Stairwell heater has a heater hose connected to driver's heater
Driver's heater has a heater hose connected to rear heater
Rear heater has a heater hose connected back to radiator to complete the loop.

You probably just need to identify where your heater hoses originated (maybe at the driver's heater) and reconnect them with hose clamps. There will also most likely be a wiring harness that needs plugged in as well. Mine had 4 for some reason. My guess is without these connected you wouldn't be able to actually turn it on.

the "blue-bird heater" is it the one in the back which either stood up on the back wall or the one that went under a seat?

or is it one that says 'Hurri-Hot' and has a couple round vents on it that would fit in the area by the front door?

these busses typically are like thew last post describes, multiple heater units..

there is also a large box heater that fits under the switch panel in the driver area.. that one is pretty hard to get out so most leave it.
