Renovated 2004 International Bus for sale [San Diego, CA]
Hi all!
I am selling as I separated from my partner and am looking to start a new adventure and can no longer handle the bus myself. It’s a great bus that runs great, has been to quite a few states and would be a great for a full timer, or just a getaway accommodation. Titled as a motorhome, currently insured through State Farm in Oklahoma.
Currently located in San Diego, CA. Moving it back to Oklahoma sometime soon so willing to deliver between those two places, and around either location within reason. Solar, exterior, and other updated pictures coming soon!
Please ask about anything, and feel free to make an offer! Hoping to get around $35k

General info -
I would say the bus is 90% finished, some decor, some painting and additional acrylic dome is all it’s really missing.
Continuous strip LEDs run length of bus, bedroom lights on their own strip
Worked on for a year and a half, lived in for about two
She has been well taken care of and loved, could use a little more work to make your style but a great jumping off point bus for someone intimidated by the electrical and plumbing work and just looking to get into a bus quickly and decorate along the way
Crack in door glass still, but would be a quick fix
The door is a traditional handle door that locks from the inside, we have installed a piston system that is controlled by a remote to unlock, which of course will be handed off to you after purchase
Exterior has been painted with Rust-Oleum Professional Indoor and Outdoor Gloss Almond Oil-Based Protective Enamel, but could use touch ups
If you have any questions please feel free to ask! I put a lot of heart into this bus and would love for it to bring someone else as much joy as it did me.
