Reputable mechanic near Union, MO to help inspect a skoolie purchase

Hi All!

My husband and I are about to take the plunge and join skoolie life. We are traveling to Union, MO this Wednesday to purchase an already converted skoolie. As much as I have researched about skoolies, I am no expert.

Does anyone know a reputable mechanic or skoolie expert near Union, MO (about 1 hour SW of St. Louis, MO) that would help us kick those tires and look under the hood?

Call the local school district bus repair facility. Usually you can pay one if those guys to go with you. They work in buses all day so I usually trust them.
