Hahaha I honestly had no idea. What don’t y’all like about this compared to the weird front but hump?
I think that the turn-off is the lack of smoothness on this transition piece not the location.

One way to avoid the creases in the transition it to mark both the front and the roof every few inches before making the cut. The reinforcement profiles under the sheet metal need to go between corresponding marks. Then use a stiffer poster paper to create stencils for the transition pieces.

It's perhaps a little too zeppelin-like for modern tastes.
