Roof Insulation Hack Needed

I'm helping someone who is living in an RV improve his insulation. It was zero fahrenheit and he is disabled. I think he should live in a house but here we are and that's not my right to make him change.

Currently there is foam board attached roof and sides, exposed to weather. I have used foam poly iso board @ 4" that I could get, finish covering and put a metal roof on. He needs water catchment and wanted to put the elastomeric over the foam roof, somehow creating a slope. I'm opting for metal. What can I do for him so he doesn't freeze?

use the foam board insulation all the way down to the ground. Or stack straw bales around the outside of the rv. After that, Seal up every nook and cranny you can find.

Are the windows single or double pane? Use a window insulation and use heavy curtains where you can. Put a heavy curtain over the door as well.

If you're really desperate, cover the windows with the foam board as well.

Another tip is to use curtains to section off parts of the rv that aren't in use.

You can get a clear heat shrink wrap that you can cover your windows to mak e them more efficient.

I need a sealant to cover the foam board. I'll look into shrink wrap. The windows are single pane I believe.

I need to partion my bus asap. He doesn't have much room inside for partitions. I saw this roofer underlayment that I might lay over the foam board roof.

There is no way I can expect an answer to this. I'm going with reclaimed "4 iso foam board on roof, sealed (with something that works at 40 degrees), and covered by a corrugated metal roof. This is more tiny house than it is a skoolie issue by now.
