Russian Spammers

Today I have taken many many measures to block russian spammers. As you can see there have been many members deleted (178 to be exact), some of which are legitimate but there was no way I could have prevented that without spending hours and hours trying to determine whether you were a spammer or not.

If I deleted your account and you had to create a new one I appologize and due to the new policies I have enable this should have to happen again.

All accounts that were deleted were sent an email explaining why and I hope that any real users will see this and reregister.
