LOL I'm still not done and won't be until some time this Summer (hopefully). Nobody told me owning a house is like owning a school bus.

Wah hah "some time this Summer." I might be done in November.

As a long time homeowner, I know it always takes longer than anticipated to do anything.

Plus you are having to deal with parental health issues.

Just keep plugging away at whatever projects you can.
