RV Windows help!

I have taken all the bus windows out and put new skin over the old holes. Now I want to put 4 or 5 RV windows in. Has anyone does this that can give me advice? How do you cut the skin to put them in? What do you use to prevent any leaks. Do you cut from the inside first or the outside? Do you drill the corners first then cut? What do you cut with? How to you frame the windows to keep support in the bus? Any help is greatly appreciated? Thank you in advance.

yes pre drill holes and cut with snips if the metal is thin enough. a polyurethane caulk works the best. it takes mineral spirits to clean up.

I installed 2 ea 60 in windows, I cut out a rib & put a header across tying them in to the other ribs also ran a frame at the bottom of the window tying to the other ribs I also used a sawzaw.

Bumping a very old thread, but in the video where he puts in his windows, he just slathers on some 3M WindoWeld and pops it into place. Is that all that needs to be done?
