I don't know how many seats you want or which way you are going to place them, but if i wanted seat belts and a bit more comfortable bench seat, i would get a van seat that has the belts attached to it, and modify the bottom to fit the bus floor for mounting. Seat belts with the proper backing plates and washers can be mounted in a bus with some drilling.

No such vehicle exists unles you upload pictures. :D

My 86 Blue Bird shorty came with what were obviously retrofitted seat belts--the non-buckle end had a loop which was then fed through the underside of the seat. If you decide to keep the seats, it's definitely possible to find seatbelts which will work.

If there is no rust, buy it. The asking price is less than the cost of the conversion.

Oh, she is beautiful!!!!!
Luv the 4WD... kinda.... a camp anywhere bus....... sweet!!

Some states require seat beats and yes it's possible.........
Good lookng bus...

I've seen seatbelts for like $20 a set on one of the school bus parts sites. One my bus, they are bolted to the seat frame. Easy.

Great camping bus.
And you didnt have to add the 4Wd yourself.
i have a 1 ton 4x4 diesel dualie... maybe someday i will put it under a 36 chevy bus...Like the one my dad first built as an RV back in 1951.
for some reason, it was hot in there during the day..But we did keep a canvas water bag on the front bumper...

When you first posted that bus was priced at $5k.

Reminds me.. when i sell a vehicle (sold 2 yesterday)..., if people do not offer me my asking price within a reasonable amount of time (like 4 days) i redo the ad and raise the price of the vehicle.

I do not know why this works, but it always does.

I must try this next time.

I use manage a Save a Lot (grocery store) and we did this all the time, if it didn't sell we'd raise the price and say "On Sale"..

Back a million (30) yrs ago I'd buy, fix up and sell low end houses. when one did not sell right away I'd raise the price ten grand and advertise it as a fixer upper--they ALWAYS sold right away---go figure!?!

I placed a clean as new shower enclosure on my drive with a "free" sign on it---two weeks later when it was not gone I placed a For Sale sign on it saying "For Sale $125 dollars" and it was stolen by the next morning  Try this, it works great. I have done it several times to get rid of bus stuff I couldn't give away !

Algo por libre, algo por nada--human nature I guess.

When I did my conversion, I had Freedman Seating build me some seats that had 3pt belts and LATCH anchors in all positions. I think I chose the 3PT Family Seat.

I installed L-Track in the floor of my bus and then positioned the seating units where I wanted them.

It worked out great.

I would just grab seat belts from a wrecking yard...

And yes, love the 4wd bus as well...

Years ago we bought storage units and had a little store we sold out of... Whenever I got a lawnmower that needed to much work I would put a for sale sign on it at the end of the driveway... Sure enough it would get stolen... If I put a free sign on it, it would sit there for weeks...
