Seeking Bluebird electrical mechanic for diagnosis and repair of from fuse panel

2005 Bluebird All-American RE. Front fuse panel is not longer powered. Unable to local the loss or short to the panel. In Portland Oregon area seeking some one with experience with this wiring. Bus starts and runs but has no turn signals nor functional high beams on the headlights.
