I recently purchased a 1986 S1700 Thomas Built/International Harvester... Im looking for a service manual for it. Is it even possible to get one?

E-Bay has them all the time. Set an "alert" up and you will get an email when one becomes available. Two were available last week or so. S-series generally go for about $50 for all volume set.
