Sheet metal to sheet metal glue/sealant recommendations?

I have sealed the overlapping seems on both sides of my bus and used two tubes of 550.

I am expecting to go through two more on the seams on the front and rear.

If you get the stuff on you or anything else and have a chance to wipe it off right then?
The stuff loves plastic. Cheap grocery store bags are plentiful and work good.
If the stuff is left to cure for a little while on your skin then baby oil and a rag will get it off.
Other than that? You have to wear it. Off

Think I used about 8 tubes of 550 on my steel. I did delete and cover all 20 side windows, two door windows and two rear windows

That sounds more like it (having never done it). I'm also covering the windows.
