Hi guys! I have limited space in my shortie and i would like to have an option to connect shower head to the kitchen faucet. I found some adaptors you can thread in to your kitchen faucet that would work but I wonder if there is any smart way to have that shower head connected always under the sink and just take it out when needed, instead of having to use that faucet adapter all the time?
Is there a way for it to work for me to have both hot and cold water in the shower head? Or would i need a shower battery and shower head in this case... Thoughts?
Thanks!

Depending upon what you are running for a hot water heater (tank or on-demand), you may be able to get away with a tee under the sink on the hot water line only and hook up the head to that. I have an on-demand heater, and when I use the shower, it's: water on / get wet; water off; soap/lather; water on / rinse; water off...aka: the "submarine shower"...

I'd add 2 "T" pieces, one to cold and one to hot right before the lines go to the sink, and have the extra new line veer off to the shower, and hook up cold and hot lines the same way you would in a house.

My sink faucet doubles as a shower head.
I would like to say I planned it this way from the beginning, but sort of a happy accident.

seems like you could set it up like the sprayer on a kitchen sink.. the shower head has a valve.. the fuacet has a divert that if you open the valve on the sprayer then the water diverts to the hose.. no reason there cant be a long hose and a handheld shower head on the hose...
