Sink in the back

Hello all,
I have a 4 window short bus. I keep seeing buses with beds in the back. I would like to put my sink and closet in the back. Is there any reason I should not?

Thank you for replying. I actually drew it then taped it out in the bus prior to posting. I just could not find any examples with the “ kitchen” in the back. I thought maybe there was a reason for not seeing anyone do it that I had not thought of.

there have been a couple others over the years that had fold uo style beds they used near the front and had their bath / shower in the back with the kitchenette essentially going along their bed when it was folded open...

I think if you have a 4 window bus then the front and back are the same.

No.

Once you decide where you want the bathroom you need to place the gray water tanks so your appliances can drain to them correctly.

Make sure things like a shower can drain effectively into the graywater tank, and you'll be find with everything else.

We put the kitchen in the back along the passenger side windows. It happened to be 60 inches long from the wheel well to the back wall, which was the exact amount we needed for two kitchen cabinets we ordered from Home Depot. On the driver side windows, we put our refrigerator, our electrical closet covered by a bench with a table large enough to seat two people. We had to add a temperature sensor connected to a fan to cool down our electrical closet when the inverter is charging on a hot day but other than that it works pretty well. We like this configuration because it allowed for a hallway down the middle of the bus. We put two couch/beds in front of the wheel wells, a bathroom on top of one wheel well and our plumbing components on the top of the other wheel well. We have a deck that drops down on the back so with this configuration you can enter the front of the bus and walk directly down the middle, out the back and onto the deck. We’re also planning to have an awning on the side so we have a lot of living space for a 6 window bus.
