My bus has a small emergency side door. I am removing all the bus windows and skinning over them.

Should I skin over the door-- which is somewhat problematic because of the hinges which protrude out--- or remove the door, and weld in a couple of cross braces?

Anyone have photos of where you have done this? :Thanx:

I kept my small door, great fir side loading stuff into the bus but, if your dead set on changes why not just weld it in place and remove the hinges ?

Yes, it will have a large egress window on the passenger side behind the front door-- and the rear door-- it's a short bus. Because it is short-- this emergency door is in the bathroom.

I may refine my plan to see if it can stay...
