skoolie to germany

hi folks
i´m andy from germany, and dream a long time from skoolies, for me the best kind of motorhome and i read this forum about one year with a big smile in my face. now i´m 45 jears old and i think its time to start the plan to get a used six or seven window long (without the driver window) short skoolie to build a RV for the travel in europe. for the streets here in germany or europe it ´s long enough. but now i need your help. to calculate the shipping cost and for the german driving license i need the dimensions long, wide, and high, and the empty weight of the bus. i hope that someone of you could help me.

Na dann koennen wir ja nun die Deutsche Skoolie seite aufmachen.

Andy denkst Du wirklich dass Du so ein Bus einfach durchs TUF kriegst. Sind die bestimmungen nicht viel strenger in Deutschland? Villeicht wenn du alt genug kaufst dass du ihn als Oltimer registrieren kannst.
Mit euren benzienpreisen wird so ein Bus dich "arm" fahren. Der benzien verbrauch ist nicht grad der beste on Skoolies. 25lt auf 100km wenn du glueck hast mit einem aelteren model, die neuren die auf einem GM oder Ford Van chasis gebaut sind mit diesel motor brauchen aber auch immer noch um die 20lt per 100.
Leider kann ich dir auch nicht weiterhelfen in bezug auf Shipping kosten oder dimensionen da meiner ein wenig zu gross waere um rueber zu schiffen.

it must be a gmc or a ford machine, or international with cummings motor, because parts for other models are difficult to find here in germany. thanks for the german answers, i wrote back a pm (its an english forum, i know ). if anyone knows a technical site of this kind of buses, were i can find tech base and data, please post me
