Skoolie vs. OTR coach

I'm undecided between a skoolie & an over the road coach like a GM 4106 for example. Advantages of a coach are: large baggage storage space and highway gears in place. What are advantages of a skoolie?

Skoolies will have more ground clearance, if that is important. Parts will probably be easier (and cheaper?) to find than for coaches too.
