I sent an e-mail a couple days ago. I haven't gotten a reply so I figured maybe nobody monitors the e-mail. I figured I may as well call - just because - so I tried all three of the listed numbers and they all led to a non-existant voice mailbox then ended my call.

I believe folks have mentioned this place here before. Can anyone shed light on whether they're defunct, funky or maybe out to lunch an extended lunch?

I reached them but refuse to do business with them. I sent him pictures of the mirror replacement needed. He said je had the exact same mirror for close to $200. I asked him to send a picture of what he had. He refused. It felt like a scam

I've spoken with them before. The guy who runs it is old, and he's mentioned to me that the business is kind of dying out. Not getting many requests for parts people need or he doesn't have the item in stock when requested. It's run out of the guys house basically today from what I understand. If you keep calling you may reach him eventually. Nice guy on the phone but not very helpful. He'll work with you and try to get you the part you need, but success rate for me has been very low.
