Started pulling interior panels today!

Luckily, I get to park my bus at work and use my 15m breaks, plus my 30m lunch, to get little tasks done! Today, I started pulling all of the window retaining screws and interior paneling screws, to access the four rearmost windows on each side. YES, I said screws! square drive screws, to be precise. I'm so thankful that I don't have to drill a million little rivets I feel like I got a lot done already. My first project will be pulling the above mentioned windows and skinning the "bedroom" section.

I also noticed that the walls don't seem to have any insulation, at all. Just up in the ceiling. Is this typical? 98 AmTran... The bus came from GA, so maybe they didn't feel the need to insulate a bus from the south? I considered this to be a good thing, as I will have less of that nasty fiberglass to handle

Yeah its a good thing. All the batting does is trap moisture and promote mold and rust.
I always put parentheses around "insulation" when discussing what comes in buses.

I'm on this same step too. Took down the last panels, now she's yellow outside AND in. I'm going to have at least 10 bags full of fiberglass. Anyone know a good use for the stuff??
