Hey guys! 24 years old, traveler, originally from Cali. I'm brand new to this and am still in the "where the heck do I start?" phase. Hoping to figure it out and get going on my own skoolie!

1. How much room do you need?
2. How much are you willing to shell out for the purchase?
3. How big is your budget?
4. Front Engine?
5. Rear Engine?
6. Transit Style? (Flat nose)
7. Conventional Style? (Dog nose)
8. Toy Hauler?
9. Handicapped?

I have about half of those figured out, are there any major differences between engine placement and front style besides basic personal preference?

Dog nose is easiest to work on. Rear engine is quieter on the road. Front engine under floor gives you more square footage but is harder to service. Generally the parts are the same, just located in different places.

New as well. Think rear engine is best

We are new as well to this. We took a stroll through a used bus lot recently and we are arguing the same thing. I feel with the engine in the back, you can still utilize as much of the space as possible with easier steering and visuals in front without the hood in the way. Just saying
