Stop arm help

I bought a stop arm to install in my garage for the enjoyment of my little kids. I have a power supply to run it off of and I can get the lights to work just fine. However the arm mechanism has a red white and blue wire and I do not know how to properly wire them. I cannot find any help online. Any help would be appreciated
