Anyone have good ideas for how to fill the knock out where the stop sign was mounted. My bus is aluminum if it matters.

I thought about installing something there to make it go away. Don’t know what though. Maybe the water fill hatch.

I would epoxy or screw a piece of sheet metal behind it and bondo the hole.

I am surprised that your Thomas is aluminum. My Thomas E-450 was all steel.

That certainly seems like the easiest way to do it if the logistics work. I plan on keeping the sign arm, but if I didn't, my first thought would be putting the AC input there.

I was too. Pleasantly surprised for the most part. My only complaint is that it doesn’t hold a screw as well especially when reinstalled.
