Strange electronic noises coming from engine when turned off

Hello good people,
So I recently replaced my three Interstate 31 ECL batteries (they were 8 years old :0 ) and the bus starts fine and everything, I just don't understand this weird electrical noise it makes when just sitting. It makes noises every day and I know that will be drawing some power so I would like to figure out how I might be able to solve this? If I could upload a video showing you where and how it sounds that would be ideal but it seems that skoolie.net doesn't allow that. The sound is coming from what I believe is the electrical box for the yellow arm that sticks out for the kids when getting off.

Thanks in advance.

Just solved it actually! I took off the box and found the fuse and disconnected it. Thanks for the feedback!

And there should be a switch, somewhere near the batteries, mine is in the battery box just to the left of the batteries, that turns off all power flowing from the batteries. I like to keep mine turned off to prevent unpleasant surprises if the battery drains somehow while it is sitting for a while.
