I am not sure if I saw it on here or somewhere else on the internet, but I remember seeing a bus build where, when the owner covered the lights on top, he added a neat sun visor thingy to help shield the windshield from the sun's glare. It covered the width of the windshield and stuck out and downward maybe a foot. Does anyone know the build I'm talking about or have any ideas how to do this?

You mean like a chrome truck visor?

I've seen a few skoolies with those.

I can see that looking ok on a dog nose, not sure how it would look on a flat nose. Kinda like it's wearing a baseball cap! I have a large piece of chrome diamond plate, I might have to try that out.

Yes, that's what I was talking about. How would you make and attach one? Driving a 37 foot flat nosed skoolie for the first time seems intimidating enough. I don't need the sun blinding me, plus I like the look of the "baseball cap".

You should be able to buy one. Just get one meant for a cabover truck. It should fit a flatnose skoolie. I would expect it comes with or is at least an option to get the hardware with it.
