Hey all! On this thread I will be recording the progress of my wife and my bus build. We purchased our bus a week or 2 ago and are slowly working through renovations. We are planning on living in our bus full time starting in about 2-2.5 years, so hopefully enough time for conversion.
Our bus is a 2001 International RE3000 with a T444e and an Allison MT643.
Right now we are working on demo with pulling out the seats. Pulling the seats has been a pain in the rear because the nuts on the underside of the bus have rusted themselves round. It has been a taxing process using an angle grinder to cut every single bolt but we are making progress. we are supposed to have some good weather this weekend so we are having some friends over to try and get the rest of the seats out. Looking under the rubber floor we see mostly no rust, with only a bit around our doors

Finally got the bus home after 100 miles of 55 mph governed speed

After we are done pulling all of the seats I have to figure out what's going on with the emergency alarm as it's been buzzing non-stop since we had all the doors/hatches open when first removing seats. Worst case just remove everything as my bus, as far as i can tell, doesnt have a starter interlock. I could be wrong though.
