TC 2000 with 8.3

I thought this bus was a TC 2000, but, it is a front engine, 1991, all American. Shorter kind of bus. I think about 30 foot. 8.3 mechanical injection Cummins. 643 Allison, 4.10 rear gears, air rear suspension. Was never a school bus - no flashers! It has had an engine swap at some point in its life.

How common is a short bus like this with the big motor? Oh the 8.3 is a 210 hp spec.

I would say very rare, an 8.3 in anything shorter than 35 feet is almost unheard of. But since it was never a school bus it apparently was spec'd for high speed even if only 210hp. I didn't even know an 8.3 would fit in a front engine transit style bus.
