Tim Monnot's a well-known guy over on the bus conversion Facebook page. Good head; good advice; excellent finish carpentry skills and willing to share knowledge.

I'd encourage the admins to cut him a little slack until we see how he fits in here; I'd encourage Tim to keep participating; I'd encourage everyone to go look at his work on Facebook. The page/community on Facebook itself seems a little much like Short Attention Span Theatre for my liking, but there's a lot of pics of people's conversions in process and therefore a lot of good info to be found there. Sort of like here, except with it sped up until everyone has a mouse voice.
