We have a Thomas Built mighty mite I am going to turn into a mobile kitchen. Hence...The Bus Stop Grill.
Its small and only a 6' ceiling but i think it will work. I need any advice i can get on installing water tanks . One 50 gal one 65...fresh and waste. Definately a tight budget. I will post pics soon.
I am new here, but my wife is here alot . Thanks

There are a lot of food buses in Alaska. A particularly fantastic one is the "Pizza Bus" parked on a bumpy dirt road off Chena Hot Springs Road about 5 miles from Two Rivers (population 719) and 30 miles from Fairbanks (population 34,000) . People drive a very long ways to eat there.

I'm curious what you come up with. I think the obvious thing to look at is the blue water 55-gallon barrels. Hopefully someone else chimes in.

Are you planning to drive a lot or stay mostly parked? Any driving on bad roads? Do you ever need to worry about exceptionally cold temperatures?
