The winter bus

Hi,

My name is Nick, I live in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
This is my first post for my conversion project
Although, I have already bought the bus and completed a major part of renovations (pics in next post).
My bus is a Ford E-450 white mini-bus (20 seats). Its year is 2000 and has 150 000 kilometes (93 000 miles) and a V8 7.3 litre diesel engine.

I am having a hard time with the electrical which is why I finally made a post instead of continuously stalking you guys. I will ask a few questions soon, any information is appreciated.
