Thoughts on converting a low floor transit bus?

Bus when I got it, then after window deletes/sanding/windows removed, then painted. So much sanding and cleaning. Interior buildout is like building an enormous cabinetry puzzle, making use of all possible space. My process has been to build out all the obvious cabinets with set dimensions (kitchen, bench where flip down table will go, etc) then dry fit and build ply walls (which contain shelving that doubles as framing), then remove for sanding and finish work and move on to the next area. Big annoying hurtles were removing HVAC, 125 gallon tank (replaced with 20gal fuel cell and gained space for tub/shower, as I don’t intend to drive long distances with this bus) and cutting out most of the steel sheeting that makes up the cross section of the bus at the step to gain a bit more low floor space.

If this is the wrong place to share what I’m doing, please tell me.. I’ve never shared on a forum like this before, maybe I should set up a separate thread? If anyone’s interested in seeing more of the process, maybe that’s the thing to do.. anyways, good luck to the others here that are working on their buildouts!
