Too many miles ?

Hi, I'm new to the skoolie scene. I'm looking at a bus and am curious as to what a good buy would be.

1997 International 3800
D466E Engine
Auto Trans
Good Tires
Good Batteries
Engine has 10k on overhaul
Tranny has 50k on overhaul
Im giving this bus away at $3500

204,000 miles

If it's an original sppeometer, no that's not too many miles depending on how well it was maintained. I paid $3500 for my 99 with 252k miles on. I do not consider mine "high mileage" yet.
The important question and would be a deal breaker for me is whether it has an AT545 transmission.
