Apologies if this was already covered but I couldn’t find anything searching around.
What I’m looking for is a tool that can essentially flatten sheet metal that has been bend or contoured. I’m specifically wanting to bring all the used rivet holes that have been beat to **** with the air chisel back into plane with one another. The closest thing I’ve found are the locking sheet metal seam pliers at HF but those don’t hold. I’m hoping there’s some sort of Pneumatic tool you can just slip over the seam and it’ll clamp down with enough force to flatten the holes. Doesn’t even have to be big just literally anything with two flat sides that’ll clamp down with great force at the push of a button (or pull of a trigger). I feel like that has to be out there I just don’t know the verbiage.
If nothing like this exists then feel free to burst my bubble. I guess I’ll just go back to the auto body hammer or using an inordinate amount of clamps.
