Towing Capacity

Hi I am looking at picking up my first bus. Its a 1994 GMC Vandura 3500 with a 6.5 diesel engine. It is a dually cutaway style with about 11-12 feet behind the driver seat.
I can't seem to find info on towing capacity. My plan is to tow a 20' enclosed car trailer w/4000 lb +/- car. Does it have the capacity?

I see the cap. for a 2500 gasser is 6600.
