Hi guys,
Well this question is going to sound bizarre and I don't think I'll get a lot of answers. I have constructed a skoolie (here in America). I am hopefully, going to find a way to get the skoolie overseas, to Germany...heheh
The only possible way I can think of is by means of a Ferry boat. Would it be possible to stow the skoolie away, with the cargo, like they do with other cars?
Thanks for your time, (and for attempting to answer this question :D

I have been there before, have alot of family/ friends up their, and am fluent. I have applied for citizenship...I don't what to do about the TUV yet...but I found out you can internationally ship thing on cargo ships...for expensive prices :(

I flew in to Dusseldorf a few years ago and stayed with some friends.
I have a friend who went to HS there as an exchange student there. I love it there, but with all the laws and red tape I couldn't even imagine trying to get an American bus legal to drive there.

Large American sized vehicles on European roads are not for the faint of heart, or so I have read. Yes, it is doable. Last year I read a blog of an American RVer who shipped their 40 ft American RV overseas to tour Europe. They had really deep pockets. I also read a blog of an RVer who went to Ireland to visit family (sans RV). Showed a pic of him laying down on a two lane road. It was barely 7 ft wide. And they have stone walls on each side of the road. I know big rigs can be shipped. They shipped the old Eagle from Brussels (Belguim) to the US. I suggest you contact an ocean-going shipping company plus contact the closest German Embassy to see what is involved (insurance, permits, driver's license, etc). Don't forget both you and the bus will have to go thru customs. I'm sure they will search the bus, so you will need to know what is not allowed. And then you would have to do it all inreverse, so you need to know what US customs will allow as well. Don't forget your passport!

You do know you can rent caravans in Europe. Might be a neat experience to see how Europeans RV.
