Underbody storage...

How much work would it be to add this type of underbody storage???

You can tell from the pics of the space above the coach tires that it has an adjustable suspension. The coach has to be lifted to get the car low enough to come out. In my opinion this is not really a feasible option, it reduces ground clearance too much, it takes up a LOT of room, and how the heck did they deal with the frame that would have been going right through the center of where the car would sit? Not to mention with the car in the stored position you would lose some of your floor space inside. I think it is mostly a show piece...or is that a show-off piece?
